Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

Funky HeadCovers™ partners with major international shipping companies, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, EMS, and Royal Mail, working with local couriers to ship directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Please note: Due to the high volume of orders during our Pre-Season Sale, and increased pressure on shipping carriers worldwide during this busy time of year, there may be slight delays in the delivery of your order. Below are the current estimated shipping times for the Pre-Season Sale period.

Note: Some products may take longer to deliver due to their size and weight.

You will be charged when you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process

We require between 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 5 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you did not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder, as emails sometimes end up there.

Please note that once the product is shipped, it is out of our control. If your product takes a few extra days to arrive, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of £70 and over (or the equivalent amount in an other currency).

To help keep our product prices low despite the high cost of worldwide shipping, we apply a small shipping fee to orders under £70:

  • United States: A flat shipping fee of $5.95 USD applies.

  • United Kingdom: A flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies.

  • Outside the US and UK: A flat shipping fee of €5.95 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency) applies.
